Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Case Logic CDW264 Nylon 280-Disc CD/DVD WalletCustomer Review: By far the best! Summary: 5 Stars
I currently have three of these cases, one slightly older, and I plan to purchase another. The "binder rings" are probably the best feature as compared to other higher end portable storage units. The only problem I had was CD-booklet storage as the sleeves are just wide enough to hold the CD edge to edge with very little expansion room for the booklet to fit; This does tend to hold the CD itself better so the trade is probably worth the difficulty. My older unit holds my CD-Rom discs and has been accessed quite frequently with no sign of wear and the zipper is fine. If you need portable, hideable mass storage for CD-media this unit is perfect.
Customer Review: excellent case! Summary: 5 Stars
this product does its job. depending on how well you handle your collection, purchase this if you want to maintain a proper library, and if you can take time to fully & carefully open the case on a flat surface for proper browsing.
buy the wallet with less than 40 disc space if you wish to just chuck the container all over the place; i've got one that has lived through lots of abuse.
this case gets heavy when it carries the maximum no. of cd/dvds, so store it where it won't fall on anyone's toes, pets or children! overall an excellent purchase. perfect for those who wish to lessen the clutter and keep things organized.
Customer Review: A Decent Product Summary: 4 Stars
A decent product for the price. My only serious complaint is it's difficult to open and close. The zipper is mounted a bit too close to the spine and I had a very hard time opening it with one hand. At first glance I didn't like the sleeves but found that they held the disc securely yet were easy to get a disc into and out of. The plastic of the sleeves seems a bit thin and might not hold up over the long term. The pages are permanently attached to two thick and heavy plastic straps that seem very strong. The handle on the spine that you'll use to lug the binder around is very strong and attached to the spine very securely.
Customer Review: Quality Product Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased this cd case about a month ago and I have to say it is worth every penny. It is high quality and it holds all of my cds. It is almost flawless besides the interchangeable cd pages. It is too much work to open the bindings and move all of your cd pages in order to get an empty sleeve because after that you have to slide the little slits on the page back on individually. It is faster to take out each cd and move them by hand. None the less it is the best cd case I have laid eyes on. It would be nicer if the exterior was leather but at this price the nylon is just fine. Overall this cd wallet is excellent!
Customer Review: Lots of room, but still room to improve Summary: 3 Stars
I have owned this CD "wallet" for about a year and a half now. I purchased it in anticipation of my little daughter discovering my CD tower and the impending destruction that would follow.I chose this one because at the time it had the combination of the largest capacity and the best rating. My one complaint with this product is the weak zipper broke within a month. I have a small CD wallet that holds 20-30 CDs with a zipper three times as burly as the one that came on this. I suppose the zipper is not truly an essential part of the product, but it could be improved GREATLY by simply upgrading this one thing.
